I recently purchased a garmin etrex venture HC.?
The manual is somewhat obscure to say the least. Does anyone know where to find more detail instructions? Perhaps a DVD or good manual?
Are you looking at the quick-start guide? The real manual can be found at Garmin's support site. For some reason, Garmin links to the Legend HCx manual for all of the eTrex HC models. They are fairly similar though in terms of the user interface.
