The eTrex Vista have a USB cable available for it?

I have a Garmin eTrex Vista. It came with a serial cable, but my laptop only has USB. Can I get a USB cable?

By default, the Extrex ships Vista with only a RS 232 (serial) cable data but a USB-serial adapter (Part #: 010-10310-00) available.It cost is $ 59.99 you can nut be able to choose up one Ebay cheaper. Hope this helps
