Can i use garmin nuvi for Geocaching?

I just got into Geocaching. Can i use my Nuvi to track caches? The Coordinates seem to change even if i am in the same spot...

You can, but it is not suggested. You need a handheld GPS receiver with a compass screen and a constant coordinate readout. An outdoor handheld will also be more capable of withstanding the abuse it will receive during geocaching. I consider myself careful, and I have dropped my GPS receiver on the parking lot and on rocks while caching.

I use a nuvi 200 to give me a route to the cache, then use my handheld unit on the trails between the car and the cache.
