Info need to buy garmin nuvi 350?
I looked at the Garmin Nuvi 350 Pocket Vehicle GPS Navigator with preloaded maps v.8. I want one GPS device for directions (verbal instructions) and was told the Garmin is the best. But I have some questions. I thought the maps loaded beta version has been changed from v.8 to v.9, and then to v.2008. In addition, I noticed that the description only mentions the v.7 maps. How do I know I'm buying it with the latest maps (v.2008)? Furthermore, what is this "option" informant traffic issues? How do-I buy? Thank you.
Do not worry about the version of software when you buy. Part of the process warranty registration online is online updating software to the latest version. The principal issue of the movement is an additional option. I did not, but it is expected to retain the current Nuvi through an FM receiver, and you avoid detours or traffic jams.
