Using a serial port as a virtual USB port?
I bought a garmin etrex legend, and a 2009 map software from Garmin. Company said that the card would be compatible with my GPS, but when I try to install it, it appears that the USB ports, which came with my GPS does making a serial port, it claims that there is no GPS connected. Is there any kind of program to make the serial ports to detect that the USB ports, or if anyone knows about the product of his car, is there a way I can download a compatible card, etc.?
