Users just love the 360 Garmin Nuvi. It is one of the best GPS onboard navigation devices to come out in recent years. It is sleek, all inclusive, and has some amazing features that will make it your constant traveling companion for years to come.
A GPS navigation system like the ones put out by Garmin Nuvi use a satellite signal to pinpoint your exact location on the road. Then using their built in database of roadmaps and points of interest it will give you directions to your location, inform you of the name of the street you are on, and let you know which restaurants and other services are in easy driving range of your car. Rather than mess with a roadmap and a travel guide, you can have all these services in a small device that weighs even less than a pack of playing cards. The 360 Garmin Nuvi also lets you download two additional travel guides. The Language Guide gives you five bi-lingual dictionaries and a phrase bank that encompasses nine different languages. Everything can be hands free and the Language Guide will even speak the new words for you. The Travel Guide is a collection of reviews and recommendations for all the points of interest that come up on the Nuvi 360.
Another wonderful feature of the 360 Garmin Nuvi is its Bluetooth interface. As long as your mobile phone is Bluetooth compatible, you can marry it to the 360. This is handy for a number of reasons. Let’s say that you find a hotel coming up down the road and you want to call to see if they have any rooms open for the night. You simply have to tap the hotel’s name on the GPS touch screen and your phone will automatically dial the number for you. You can then use the built in speaker on the Nuvi 360 to talk to the hotel hands free. Happy consumers have remarked about the crystal clarity of speaker conversations on the 360. Some phones will even let you import internal address books to your GPS through the Bluetooth interface, which saves you the trouble of programming all your addresses into the GPS.
